Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the 20th platform via https://20th.bio website or official mobile app, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the 20th platform.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 20th platform. This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above who are legally permitted to use such services under the local laws of their place of residence.
20th reserves the right to change, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review this page for any changes. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is allowed to hold only one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 20th platform.
- 20th reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time before processing withdrawals or after detecting suspicious activity.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential.
- Any activity conducted through your account is considered your responsibility, whether you performed it or not.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, you must notify the 20th support team immediately through official channels within the platform.
- 20th will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone at any time.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users of the 20th platform agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures including suspension or permanent account closure:
Using software, bots, automation, or other technical methods to manipulate games, odds, or transaction outcomes.
Using the 20th platform for money laundering or any financial activities illegal under Malaysian law.
Registering or using an account on behalf of someone else, or allowing others to use your account.
Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the operation of the platform, servers or networks related to 20th.
Providing false identity documents, invalid addresses, or misleading financial information during the KYC or withdrawal process.
Exploiting promotions, bonuses, or special offers dishonestly or in ways that violate the stated conditions.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
Deposit
All transactions on the 20th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other online banking methods listed on the platform. Deposits are processed almost instantly depending on the payment method chosen.
Minimum deposit limits are as stated on the deposit page of your account and may change from time to time. 20th does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals can only be made to verified accounts or wallets registered under the same name as your 20th account. 20th reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals over certain amounts.
If any suspicious or terms-violating activity is detected, 20th reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawal requests while investigations are carried out.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are accurate. 20th is not liable for any loss caused by incorrect information provided by users during deposit or withdrawal.

20th is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss or technical errors.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account Suspension and Closure
20th reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if terms are breached, suspected fraudulent activity occurs, or upon user’s own request.
Valid account balances for accounts terminated for reasons other than violations will be refunded to users after investigation and verification, subject to 20th’s internal review procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 20th platform including logos, text, graphics, user interface, brand names, and software code is the exclusive property of 20th or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission from 20th.
Third-Party Links
The 20th platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 20th does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to These Terms
20th reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time due to operational needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. The latest version of the terms will always be published here with the updated date.
